She has completed her PHD degree in 2018. She has been teaching B.ED (Hons), M.A and M.Phil classes at Department of Education, University of Gujrat since 2014. Before joining university of Gujrat, she served at post-graduate college for five years from 2009-2014 through Punjab Public Service Commission in which she secured fifth position in all over Punjab. Currently she is supervising seven M.Phil scholars. She has availed travel grant from Higher Education Commission Pakistan for paper presentation in Conference on “Asian Conference on Education (ACE 2011)” held on 27th - 30th October at Osaka (Japan), organized by IAFOR (The International Academic Forum) and for the Conference on “International Technology, Education and Development (INTED2011)” 7-9 March 2011, Valencia, Spain and participated in oral presentation sessions in both of the international conferences. She has seven paper publications in HEC recognized Y category) journals and one paper publication in X category journal. She remained member of Board of Studies (BoS) and Board of Faculty (BoF) at Department of Education, University of Gujrat from 2015-2020 and currently member of Departmental Research Committee, Admission Committee, Examination Committee and Discipline Committee.
