Student Services Centre

The Student Services Centre (SSC) is the point of contact for students during their stay at UOG. SSC aims at providing a friendly, supportive and challenging environment to the students outside the classroom. The Centre caters to the needs of the students, and works as a bridge between them and the University's administration. The main function of the SSC is to provide student-centered customer-friendly services. It deals with:

• Extra-curricular activities
• Orientation to new students
• Issuance of student ID cards
• Issuance of letters to students
• Issuance of Registration cards of students
• Student Psychological and Career counselling
• Support for student societies.
• Assistance with organizing events and activities to improve the students’ knowledge.
• Handling queries and helping students in their academic problems
• Deals in disciplinary actions under the disciplinary committee of University of Gujrat.
• Deals in Anti-Drug/Tobacco policy in University of Gujrat.
• Operation of Youth Development Center (YDC) under the umbrella of HEC
• Operation of Green Youth Moment Club under the umbrella of HEC
• Celebrations of all the national and international Days of national prominence

The SSC offers a wide range of support services to help the students meet the challenges they may face on the campus. In a nutshell, the Centre wants to help the students enjoy their campus life. The staff is available five days a week (Mondays to Friday) from 09:00 am to 04:00 pm. The students are encouraged to stay in touch with the SSC for latest updates and information.
