MahmoonaAsghar Ph.D Computational Heuristic Paradigm for Solving Fuzzy Differential Equations  Artificial intelligence arise in modern era of revolution and fuzzy mathematics is another modern branch of mathematics that can reduce uncertainty deficiencies in different fields of applied and pure mathematics especially related to differential equations either ordinary or partial. In the present thesis, we are investigating different fuzzy differential equation models such as vibrating mass, resistance inductance capacitance (RLC) electric circuit, and time- fractional parabolic, by using neural network algorithm called Levenberg-Marquardt back- propagation (NNs-LMB). Approximate solutions and error results have been presented for all models by constructing different cases of variational parameters. The designed method- ology for nth ordered fuzzy differential equation model has been explained then fuzzy time series model and forecast including nonlinear autoregrasive and fuzzy nonlinear autoregress- ing (FNAR) model and thence detail of the implementation of technique are also presented. The data set of all models has been processed by analysing testing, validation, and training tools of NNs-LMB and statistical analysis is performed 2023
Sharafat Ali Ph.D Study of Evolutionary Computational Paradigm for Solving Nonlinear Systems of Differential Equations  An integrated deterministic stochastic numerical computing solver is presented for numerical treatment of some ordinary differential equations (ODEs). Firstly, this novel technique is tested for the dynamical investigation of nanofluidic problem with Williamson fluid flow on a stretching sheet by considering the thermal slip and velocity. The impact of thermophoresis and Brownian motion on phenomena of heat transfer are explored by using Buongiorno model. The governing non-linear partial differential system representing the mathematical model of the Williamson fluid is transformed into a system of ODEs by incorporating the competency of non-dimensional similarity variables. The dynamics of the transformed system of ODEs are evaluated through the designed method. Sufficient graphical and numerical illustrations are portrayed in order to investigate and analyze the influence of physical parameters. The numerically computed values of local Nusselt number, local Sherwood number, and skin friction coefficient are also inspected for exhaustive assessment. 2022
Muhammad Zahid Mughal Ph.D A Mathematical Study for the Dynamics of Spacetime, Inflation and Accelerating Universe  This thesis discusses the dynamics of spacetime by describing inherent properties connectedto the structural geometry of it as the universe evolves. The accelerated cosmicexpansion of spacetime takes place twice, first in the very early universe just after thebig bang and prior to the radiation era and secondly starting in the late universe followingthe matter era i.e., inflation and dark energy eras respectively which constitutesignificant dynamical properties of spacetime. These two epochs may turn out to bedecisive for the description of the beginning and ultimate fate of the universe. Inflationhas become a widely accepted paradigm and is now believed to be irrefutable and isbacked by ever-increasing observational evidence. It was proposed to have occurred inthe early universe to solve flatness and homogeneity problems faced by standard bigbang cosmology. However, now it has become a fascinating paradigm for the beginningof the universe that describes how it evolves after nucleation. On the other hand, darkenergy accounting for two-thirds of the cosmic budget came up with the observation baseddiscovery of the accelerated expansion of the late time universe 2022
Tahir Nawaz Cheema Ph.D Intelligent computing paradigm for biological models of infectious Diseases  The aim of this work is to design an intelligent computing paradigm through Levenberg-Marquardt artificial neural networks (LMANNs) for solving the mathematical model of Corona virus disease 19 (COVID-19) propagation via human to human interaction. The model is represented with systems of nonlinear ordinary differential equations represented with susceptible, exposed, symptomatic and infectious, super spreaders, infection but asymptomatic, hospitalized, recovery and fatality classes and reference dataset of the COVID-19 model is generated by exploiting the strength of Explicit Runge Kutta (ERK) numerical method for metropolitans of China and Pakistan including Wuhan, Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi and Faisalabad. The created dataset is arbitrary used for training, validation and testing processes for each cyclic update in Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation for numerical treatment of the dynamics of COVID-19 model. The effectiveness and reliable performance of the design LMANNs is endorsed on the basis of assessments of achieved accuracy in terms of mean squared error based merit functions, error histograms and regression studies 2022
Hira Ilyas Ph.D Design and Applications of Wavenet for Solving Nonlinear Models  In this study, an integrated computational intelligent algorithm is implemented for numerical treatment of Painleve-II as electric field arises in a semiconductor (EFS), one-dimensional boundary value problem Falkner-Skan equation, the two-point boundary value problems arises in nonlinear corneal shape model and radiative three dimensional ow of hybridnanofluid over the stretchable sheet through exploitation of WaveNet technique by mean of Mexican Hat wavelet neural networks (MHWNNs) and Gaussian wavelet neural networks (GWNNs) with global solver genetic algorithms (GAs) and hybridization with local solver sequential quadratic programming (SQP), i.e., MHWNN-GAs, GWNN-GAs, MHWNN-GASQP,and GWNN-GA-SQP respectively. 2021
