Ph.D. from the Department of Geography, the University of Karachi, in Medical Geography in 2015. I am a dedicated researcher, educator, and supervisor of M.Phil and PhD students, specializing in geography. With a strong academic background, I have contributed to diverse fields within geography through numerous publications in the field of medical geography, urban, environmental, Climate change and GIS and remote sensing . My research interests span various interdisciplinary domains, with a particular focus on disease ecology and the application of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) in public health. Having completed two research projects, I continue to explore innovative methodologies to address critical geographical and health-related challenges. As an Assistant Professor at the University of Gujrat, I am committed to fostering academic excellence and mentoring the next generation of scholars.
Specializing in teaching and research supervision at the M.Phil and PhD levels, with a focus on Medical Geography, Human and Urban Geography, Environmental Geography, Epidemiology, Disease Ecology, and the application of Remote Sensing (RS) and Geographic Information Systems (GIS). Expertise includes the use of GIS in health planning and development for spatial analysis, disease mapping, healthcare accessibility, and policy formulation.
