Associate Lecturer (BPS17) | PhD Scholar | Economics & Finance Professional Working as an Associate Lecturer with over 15 years of experience in academia (at UOG), specializing in entrepreneurship, economics, and finance. I am currently pursuing a PhD in Entrepreneurship (final year from Malaysia) before I graduate from IIUI, and I have an Investment Foundation Certificate from the CFA Institute, USA. Since 2008, I have been actively teaching and mentoring students, and practical insights into their work. My expertise spans entrepreneurial ecosystems, startup financing, and economic development, aiming to bridge the gap between theory and practice in business and finance.
My research interests lie at the intersection of microeconomics and entrepreneurship, focusing on how microeconomic factors influence entrepreneurial behavior, innovation, and firm performance."
