I am currently serving as an Office Assistant in the IT Department at the University of Gujrat, a role I have held since 2015. Over the years, I have been dedicated to providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. With a strong background in office management and communication, I play a key role in organizing documents, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting both faculty and students with various administrative needs. My work is driven by a commitment to creating a well-organized and welcoming environment. I am proficient in a range of administrative tools and software, which enables me to manage tasks effectively and contribute meaningfully to the department’s goals and success.
While my current role is administrative, my interest lies in exploring how technology can enhance office productivity and workflow management within academic institutions. I am particularly interested in researching the implementation of digital tools, automation, and data management systems to improve administrative efficiency and support decision-making processes. My goal is to contribute to the development of smart, tech-enabled office environments that align with the evolving needs of modern universities.
