I am currently serving as an Office Assistant in the IT Department at the University of Gujrat, a role I have held since 2015. Over the years, I have been dedicated to providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. With a strong background in office management and communication, I play a key role in organizing documents, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and assisting both faculty and students with various administrative needs. My work is driven by a commitment to creating a well-organized and welcoming environment. I am proficient in a range of administrative tools and software, which enables me to manage tasks effectively and contribute meaningfully to the department’s goals and success.

  • While my current role is administrative, my interest lies in exploring how technology can enhance office productivity and workflow management within academic institutions. I am particularly interested in researching the implementation of digital tools, automation, and data management systems to improve administrative efficiency and support decision-making processes. My goal is to contribute to the development of smart, tech-enabled office environments that align with the evolving needs of modern universities.
