Jawad Asif is a lecturer of Finance at Department of Commerce, University of Gujrat. He receive his PhD from Universiti Malaysia Pahang (UMP), Malaysia. He also holds the degree of Master of Science (MS) from Muhammad Ali Jinnah University (MAJU), Islamabad and Master in Business Administration (MBA) from International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) with distinction. He has spent ten years in teaching finance courses at bachelor and master levels. He has published his research work in ISI-Index well reputed journals in the field of corporate finance such as Journal of Intellectual Capital, Management Decision, Business Strategy and the Environment, Benchmarking: An International Journal, Financial Innovation, Kybernets, Singapore Economic Review, International Journal of Learning and Intellectual Capital and Energy Research Letters. He is working as reviewer of well indexed journals such as Frontier in Environmental Economics, Knowledge Management Research and Practice, Managerial and Decision Economics, Applied Economics, Studies in Economics and Finance, Business Ethics, the Environment & Responsibility, Heliyon, Natural Resources Forum, Asian Academy of Management Journal of Accounting and Finance and International Journal of Industrial Management. His research focuses on the areas of Intellectual Capital, Managerial Abilities, Efficiency, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG), and corporate performance. He has presented research papers at various conferences at Malaysia, Poland and Pakistan.
