Syed Muhammad Ishaak is a Lecturer in the Department of Physical Education And Sports Sciences at the University of Gujrat, Pakistan. He holds an MS in Sports Sciences And Physical Education from Sarhad University, Peshawar, and is reaching near completion of his PhD at the Gomal University, D. I. Khan.
My research interests focus on the intersection of physical education, exercise science, and sports performance, with a particular emphasis on promoting physical activity and health in children and young adults. Specifically, I explore the impact of physical education on cognitive function, the effects of exercise on mental health, and the development of effective physical education pedagogies.
