My name is Saira Tafakhar. I have done my M.phil in accounting and Finance from the University of Lahore. Currently, I am working as an Assistant Lecturer (Commerce Department) at University of Gujrat in Gujrat, Pakistan. I have 10 year 6 month of teaching experience as a permanent employee in university of Gujrat and approximately one year of teaching experience with Chenab group of colleges in Pakistan. My objective as a teacher is to motivate my students to develop their own learning interests and use critical thinking to establish a learner-centered environment in the classroom. In particular, teaching a wide range of courses, from first-year Accounting and Finance courses to advanced courses in Accounting and Finance,
