Dr. Muhammad Nabi is an environmental scientist and researcher who earned his PhD in Environmental sciences from Beijing Forestry University, China, one of the prestigious institutions in the field of natural and environmental sciences, under a fully funded Chinese Government Scholarship. During his doctoral studies, he received the Outstanding International Student Award (2018) in recognition of his academic achievements. He has completed two postdoctoral and research appointments at Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, China, and Guangdong Technion Institute of Technology, China, where he gained extensive experience in environmental engineering, wastewater treatment, bioenergy production, and membrane technologies. He has published 46 research papers, contributed to one book chapter, and authored and edited a book published by Springer Nature, with a cumulative journal impact factor of approximately 300. He has been involved in several national and university-funded research projects, focusing on anaerobic digestion, methane production, wastewater treatment, landfill leachate, and membrane fouling control. He was also selected as a High-Level Foreign Talent in China (2020).
