Currently serving as an Assistant Professor at the University of Gujrat, he has been actively engaged in teaching and mentoring students in subjects such as Performance Management, Project Management, Organizational Behavior, and Total Quality Management. With a Ph.D. in HRM from Superior University, Lahore, Dr. Yasir has a keen interest in leadership, organizational performance, and workforce motivation.
