Dr Rao Qasim Idrees completed law graduation (LLB HONS) from University of the Punjab. He received Master of Laws (LLM) qualification from Queen Mary University of London, UK. He obtained doctorate degree (PhD in Law) from National University of Malaysia (UKM), Malaysia. Dr Rao Qasim Idrees obtained Universite de Montreal Canada Post Doc Fellowship and completed in 2024. He is currently working as Associate Professor of Law and Chairperson of School of Law University of Gujrat. His research areas include, international trade law, international arbitration, climate change law and China Pakistan investment agreements. He has authored various research articles in well reputed and recognized national and international journals. He has supervised more than 30 LLM and various PhD thesis of University of Gujrat and other HEIs. Dr Rao Qasim Idrees works as reviewer with renowned publishers such as Springer, Taylor & Francis, MDPI, SAGE. His ORCID ID is 0000-0002-1999-7424.
