I distinguished instructor at a University of Gujrat since March 2013, where I teaches undergraduate students in the Hospitality Department, specializing in Hotel and Restaurant Management. With a deep-seated passion for the hospitality industry, I have devoted my career to enhancing educational standards and industry practices through comprehensive research and progressive teaching methodologies. My research interests center around improving service quality and operational efficiency in hospitality operations. I particularly focused on the roles of technology integration and sustainable practices in enhancing guest experiences. My studies often explore the intricate dynamics of customer satisfaction and its direct correlation with service delivery techniques. Furthermore, I investigate the impact of cultural diversity on service standards and customer perceptions across global markets. My research aims to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to navigate the complexities of a globalized hospitality industry effectively. Through my academic contributions and collaborative efforts with industry stakeholders, I pivotal in shaping future leaders in hospitality, ensuring that both educational content and industry practices remain cutting-edge and relevant.
As an instructor in the Hospitality Department, focusing on Hotel and Restaurant Management, my research interests are primarily centered around the optimization of service quality and operational efficiency within the hospitality industry. I am particularly fascinated by the dynamics of customer satisfaction and its correlation with service delivery methods. My current research projects include exploring innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences through technology integration and sustainable practices.
I am also investigating the impact of cultural diversity on service standards and customer perceptions in global hospitality settings. This involves analyzing how multicultural teams can effectively manage and exceed customer expectations in diverse settings. My objective is to develop actionable insights that can be implemented in educational curricula and industry practices to prepare students for the challenges and opportunities of the global hospitality industry.
Collaborative research is another area of interest, where I aim to partner with industry stakeholders to examine the effects of economic policies, market trends, and technological advancements on hospitality operations. These collaborations are aimed at ensuring that our academic programs remain relevant and that our graduates are well-equipped to lead and innovate in their future careers within the hospitality sector.
There are achievements are as follows:
- Part of the Hospitality & Tourism Institute in Pakistan offering the 1st & only BS in Hospitality Management & the 1st Associate Degree in Hotel& Restaurant Management.
- Co-founder of the Institute of Hotel & Restaurant Management at the University of Gujrat.
- Member Board of Faculty, Faculty of Management & Administrative Sciences, University of Gujrat.
- Launched the first BS in Hospitality Management for 4 years Degree in Pakistan.
- Co-Developed Syllabus for Associate Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management
