Biography
- Syed Shafqat Irfan has been serving at the University of Gujrat since 2008, contributing across multiple university campuses in various technical and development roles. He is currently affiliated with the Software Development and Maintenance Center (Directorate of IT Services), where he plays a pivotal role in the design, development, and maintenance of the University’s Information Systems. His work has been instrumental in improving digital infrastructure, streamlining academic and administrative processes, and enhancing the university’s technology-driven services. He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science, with a specialization in desktop and web application development as well as database development. His core technical competencies include ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic .NET, PHP, C++ (DOS), and SQL Server. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing scalable, secure, and user-centric software solutions that support institutional goals.
