Monitoring of Academic Activities

• Quality Enhancement Cell Work on daily class held in order to have check on proper conduction of classes. From the start of semester the QEC Team has physically monitored the classes being held at all Departments and have requested departments to send status of classes held within Department on daily basis on prescribed Performa. After mid term and final term of semester QEC prepared the report of Class Held and sent to Vice Chancellor.
• Quality Enhancement Cell Visits the Departments during Midterm exams and final exams in each slot. QEC Team prepared the report of Exams and sent to Vice Chancellor. 
• The course file is one of the main requirements of all the accreditation bodies like Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and National Computing Education Accreditation Council (NCEAC), etc.
• The course file auditing exercise was started before midterm Exams and the End of the semester. All the Departments were requested to prepare Course Files. Quality Enhancement Cell Team critically assessed. The Course files of all the courses taught in relevant semester.
