It is both an honour and a privilege to serve as the Vice Chancellor of the University of Gujrat. I am deeply committed to fostering academic excellence, research, and innovation wherever I serve. This marks my second stint as Vice Chancellor, and I am determined to build on the strong foundations laid by my predecessors to propel this university to new heights.

My vision is clear: to empower the youth of Pakistan to become catalysts for the nation’s economic progress and development. Today's rapidly evolving world makes it imperative that we equip our students with the latest knowledge, skills and tools to thrive in competitive environments. We aim to encourage both faculty and students to engage in cutting-edge projects that address local and global challenges.

To achieve this, we will prioritize modernizing our academic programs, strengthening industry-academia linkages, and providing state-of-the-art facilities. We will also focus on fostering critical thinking, creativity and ethical leadership among our students, ensuring they are not only job-ready but also capable of creating opportunities for others.
