Administration and Coordination (A&C)
Directorate of Administration and Coordination (A&C) at University of Gujrat is the main office responsible for all type of Operations, Events Management, Maintenance, Transport, Guest House and Housing. Prime responsibilities of Coordination are:
- To maintain coordination among all the academic and administrative departments. It is working as a hub between the management and academic departments.
- Correspondence and coordination, with the other organizations including Local Government and public offices.
- Overall supervision of the campus neatness and cleanliness.
Event Management is also one of the major task performed by Director A&C and provide logistic and administrative support to all type of International and National level conferences, workshops, seminars and convocation.
The A&C works collaboratively with a number of internal departments and external vendors to prepare reports for submission to the vice chancellor and manages complex departmental workflows, ensuring that tasks are completed by involved parties on time and within budget and given time frame. The Coordination office is situated in Vice Chancellor's Secretariat.
