DEAR STUDENTS

Applications for the year 2018-2019 are invited from needy and deserving but talented students for both HEC Need Based Scholarship and UOG Tuition Fee Concession programs. Scholarship is based on assessment of need and merit as well as availability of funds. The Scholarship Committee will select and recommend the students on the basis of correct information provided by the students. Candidate must ensure his/her presence for interview before the committee according to the schedule and venue notified later.

Students must note the following important points:

1.  Students are advised to ensure the online submission of Application Form (Need Based Programs) on given link https://goo.gl/4JHhWo. 
2.  All details regarding doccuments attachments are available on soft & hard application form.
3.  Students shall use same application form for both HEC Need Based Program and UOG Tuition Fee Concession   Program.
4.  MS/MPhil and PhD students may not apply for HEC, they only may apply for UOG Tuition Fee Concession.
5.  All regular students of BS (Hons)/MA/MSc and MBBS from all semesters/years having GPA/CGPA 2.5 in semester   system and 55 % in annual System shall be eligible for UOG Tuition Fee Concession program as well for HEC.
6.  Incomplete information/documents/application shall not be entertained. Instructions and details of documents to be   attached for both programs are given on the first page of form. Applications shall not be received after due date.
7.  Once the student is selected for fee concession/scholarship, it will be continued for the entire degree program.
8.  The students already taking benefit from any financial assistance are not eligible to apply.
9.  Hard copy of application form, along with all necessary documents verified from the Head of Department must be   submitted directly to the office of Ms. Tahira Zoofishan, Deputy Manager, Students Financial Aid, and UA&FAO   by 5th October, 2018.

           Prescribed application form may be downloaded from UOG website www.uog.edu.pk, and also available at all photocopier                 shops of UOG, Hafiz Hayat Campus. Students may also download application form from their UOG email inbox.
