University of Gujrat invites bids from reputed organizations/Companies having adequate past experience and financial capabilities for supply of Lab Equipment/Chemical/Glassware for its HEC Funded Project Titled “Development of immobilized fungal phytase to improve nutrient utilization of agro-based residues in poultry Feed” in its Hafiz Hayat Campus,Gujrat. Bids shall be processed on Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Organization must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue for Income & Sale Tax purposes with active tax payer profile. Bidding documents can be obtained w.e.f 25-07-2017 on submission of a written request on company’s letter head from office of the Principal Investigator, University of Gujrat. Request must be accompanied by Bid Fee of Rs.1,000/- in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft/or cash deposit voucher in UOG Misc. A/C 0024227000119003(For online deposit # 0024227000119003) HBL, UOG Branch Gujrat. University shall not be responsible for delays & non delivery caused by courier firms/post office etc. regarding issuance & receiving of bidding document/proposals etc. Financial Proposal must contain bid Security in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order equivalent to 2% of the total estimates cost(mentioned in tender documents). Sealed bids in conformity with bidding documents should reach the office of the Principal Investigator, no later than 02:00 PM on 09.08.2017. Proposals shall be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives having valid authority letter from their respective organization. Bids which are incomplete, unsigned on bid form, unsealed, without bid security and late by specified time shall not be considered. The University Management may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid, as provided under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
