University of Gujrat invites bids from reputed organizations/Companies having adequate past experience and financial capabilities for supply of Lab Equipment (spectrofluorometer) and Chemical for its HEC Funded Project Titled “Investigation of Modified Metal Sulfide Composites for Hydrogen Production from Water Splitting” in its Hafiz Hayat Campus, Gujrat. Bids shall be processed on Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Organization must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue for Income & Sale Tax purposes with active tax payer profile. Bidding documents can be obtained from the date of publication on submission of a written request on company’s letter head from office of the Principal Investigator, University of Gujrat. Request must be accompanied by Bid Fee of Rs.2, 000/- in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft/or cash deposit voucher in UOG Misc. A/C 0024 2270 0014 6303 (For online deposit #0024 227000146303) HBL, UOG Branch Gujrat. University shall not be responsible for delays & non-delivery caused by courier firms/post office etc. regarding issuance & receiving of bidding document/proposals etc. Financial Proposal must contain bid Security in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order equivalent to 2% of the total estimates cost (mentioned in tender documents) in favor of Investigation of Modified Metal Sulfide Composites for Hydrogen Production from Water Splitting, University of Gujrat. Sealed bids in conformity with bidding documents should reach the office of the Principal Investigator, no later than 01:30 PM on 28.03.2018. Proposals shall be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives having valid authority letter from their respective organization. Bids which are incomplete, unsigned on bid form, unsealed, without bid security and late by specified time shall not be considered. The University Management may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid, as provided under Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
