University of Gujrat invites bids from reputed organizations/Companies having adequate past experience and financial capabilities for providing services/maintenance facilities for LTV and HTV vehicles of renowned manufacturing companies in its Hafiz Hayat Campus, Gujrat. The companies will be encouraged to establish in house workshop facilities for the repair work. Bids shall be processed on Single Stage Two Envelope Bidding Procedure. Organization must be registered with Punjab Revenue Authority and Federal Board of Revenue for Income & Sale Tax purposes with active tax payer profile. Bidding documents can be obtained from the date of publication on submission of a written request on company’s letter head from office of the Director Purchase University of Gujrat. Request must be accompanied by Bid Document Fee of Rs. 2,000/- in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft/or cash deposit voucher in UOG Misc. A/C 9-000-7 (For online deposit # 0165002000009007) Bank of Punjab, UOG Branch Gujrat. University shall not be responsible for delays & non delivery caused by courier firms/post office etc. regarding issuance & receiving of bidding document/proposals etc. Technical Proposal must contain bid Security in the form of CDR/Demand Draft/Pay Order equivalent to 2% of estimated cost i.e. Rs. 22.00 Million in favor of Treasurer University of Gujrat. Sealed bids in conformity with bidding documents should reach the office of the Director Purchase UOG, no later than 12:00 PM on 07.06.2018. Proposals shall be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives having valid authority letter from their respective organization. Bids which are incomplete, unsigned & unstamped on bid form, unsealed, without bid security and late by specified time shall not be considered. The University Management may reject all bids at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal as per Rule 35, PPRA-2014.
