Security Clearance Form for Medalists and their Guest
Only Gold Medalists are allowed to participate in Convocation with one Guest/ Invitees (blood relation e.g. Father, Mother, Sister and Brother).Nominees for Gold medal are advised to send also attached security clearance forms of himself/ herself and their guest with two passport size photographs of each along with convocation registration form hard copies, latest by 17th November 2017.
