PEEF Masters Level Scholarship 2016-17
Applications are invited for the award of PEEF Scholarship at Master Level 2016-17 on the prescribed application form from deserving but talented students seeking admission in MA/MSc/MS program.
Please find enclosed the attached application form and affidavit form.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
1. Punjab domicile
2. Secured at least 60% marks (Annual System) or a minimum CGPA 2.50 (Semester System) in BA/B.Sc./ B.COM/ BS/ BBA etc. examination held in 2014 / 2015 / 2016 in Punjab.
3. Secured admission as a full time student in the current academic year (2016-17) in UOG.
4. Students enrolled in Spring/Fall 2016 session (where applicable) and morning/ afternoon / evening sessions (where applicable) are also eligible to apply for PEEF Masters Scholarships.
5. Declared monthly income of parents (from all sources) not more than Rs. 30,000/-. ( Children of Govt. employees in BPS 1-4 are exempted from condition of income, if salary is only source of income.)
6. Not availing any other educational scholarship during the current academic year.
8. Besides fulfilling PEEF eligibility criteria, the prospective student must qualify the merit and need criteria of the University.
Note:
Following students are not eligible for PEEF Masters level Scholarship:
· Students who have already passed / possessed M.A / MSc / MS / MPHIL etc. degree
· Students who have improved grades or passed examination in supplementary session
· Students who have passed the aforementioned examination with grace marks
HOW TO APPLY
Application forms along with all necessary credentials as prescribed on form must reach this office latest by Friday 11th November, 2016.
