The 6th Convocation of the University of Gujrat will be held in the third week of November, 2017 at Hafiz Hayat Campus, Gujrat.

Online Registration for 6th Convocation will be open from 16 October 2017 for the Candidates in the following categories:

i-       Semester Graduates who studied at UOG Main Hafiz Hayat Campus and its City Campuses, have completed their degree requirements in (Spring, or Fall) 2016 and have received their Final Transcripts.

ii-    Graduates of Nawaz Sharif Medical College (MBBS Session 2011-16);

iii-  First Position Holders of above mentioned programmes and First Position Holders of BA/BSc/BCom, MA/MSc/MCom Annual Examinations 2016.

The Graduates who wish to Participate in Convocation are required to:

a-     Completely fill 6th Convocation Online Registration Form available at UOG.edu.pk

b-     Upload a fresh Picture,

c-     Print Bank Challan Receipt and Registration Form,

d-     Deposit Rs 3000/- through online printed Print Bank Challan Receipt in any branch of Habib Bank Limited and;

e-     Send (i)- Hard Copy of Duly filled Convocation Registration Form alongwith (ii)- two passport size photographs, (iii)- original bank receipt of Convocation fee (Rs 3000/-) deposited in any Branch of Habib Bank Limited, (iv)- attested copy of CNIC and (v)- attested copy of Final Transcript/Result Intimation Card by Registered Post/ Courier Service from Monday 16 October 2017 to Wednesday 27 November 2017at the address given below. No form will be received after 27 November.
