The 5th Convocation of the University of Gujrat will be held in the mid of February, 2017 at Hafiz Hayat Campus, Gujrat.

Registration

To participate in the Convocation, Registration is mandatory for:

i-       Semester Graduates of 2015  [M. Phil/M. S., MA/MSc, MBA, M. Com, BS & BS (Hons.), Associate Degree, B. Des, B. Arch. BFA, B.Sc. Engineering, BBA (Hons.), and LLB (Hons.)]who studied at UOG Main Hafiz Hayat Campus and its City Campuses, completed their degree requirements in (Spring, Summer, or Fall) 2015, and have received their Final Transcripts;

ii-    Graduates of Nawaz Sharif Medical College (MBBS Session 2010-15);

iii-  First Position Holders of above mentioned programmes and First Position Holders of BA/BSc/BCom, MA/MSc/MCom Annual Examinations 2015.

Duly filled Convocation Registration Forms (available at uog.edu.pk or from the Registration office address given below) alongwith two passport size photographs, original bank deposit slip of Convocation fee (Rs 2200/-deposited in any Branch of Habib Bank Limited – A/C No. 24227000017803), copies of CNIC and Final Transcript should be submitted from Thursday 15 December 2016 to Monday 16 January 2017 at the address given below. Registration will be closed on 16 January 2017 at 4:00 pm.

Rehearsal

Note: The Final Dates of Convocation and Rehearsal will be announced later in National Dailies as well as on UOG website.

A full dress rehearsal will be held one day before the Convocation at 10:00 am at Hafiz Hayat Campus University of Gujrat. All the Graduates/Gold Medalists must participate in the rehearsal. Any Graduate/Gold Medalist who fails to register and does not take part in Rehearsal will not be allowed to attend the Convocation.
