1. Registration For 7th Convocation are now open. Last date for Registration is Monday 08 October, 2018.
2. Please register online for Convocation by filling form.
3. Make a note of Important Dates from website. UOG 7th Convocation 2018 
4. Have/Create a valid email address (to be used for the submission of application through UOG Online System preferably).
5. Have a scanned copy of recent passport size photograph with white back ground. The file must be in .jpg, .jpeg, .gif format and file size must be less than 1-MB.
6. Generate and Print the challan Form and deposit Fee in any branch of Habib Bank (HBL).
7. After deposit, update your bank branch information in portal where you have paid fee challan 
8. Print your application with other documents required and send it to   Registration Office, Administration Block (Room No 108), Controller of Examinations, University of Gujrat, Hafiz Hayat Campus
9. The duly filled convocation Registration form must reach in the convocation Registration office through courier/ Registered post not later than Monday 08 October, 2018. Late submitted form after Monday 08 October, 2018 will not be entertained.

10. Registration of Gold medalists is provisional subject to the verification of particulars. If found ineligible the registration will be cancelled.

11. For topper in each degree program has to fill the security performa  (attached at web portal) for nominee and guest (Blood Relation) with 04 passport size pictures each, must be submitted with convocation form.
