The nominations received from the various academic Departments have been comprehensively evaluated by the committee constituted through vide Letter No. UOG/R/(E II)/23/1041 dated 05-05-2020 to select winner for the university level best teacher award for the year 2019-20, as per HEC guidelines. 

Consequent upon the approval from the competent authority of the UOG, Dr Tahir Iqbal, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics has been declared as Winner of ‘University-Level Best University Teacher Award’ for the year 2019-20 from the University of Gujrat being the highest scorer. His nomination is being sent to the Higher Education Commission (HEC) for “HEC National-Level Best University Teacher Award’ accordingly.
