On the occasion of Pakistan Day, a prestigious event was organized at Hafiz Hayat Campus on the occasion of Pakistan Day under the auspices of the Department of Student Affairs, Gujrat University. Various cultural and cultural activities by the student societies of Gujrat University were a special part of the event. Prior to the commencement of the formal ceremony, the Journalism Streaks Society presented a cultural walk highlighting the different cultural aspects of Pakistan. Students from different disciplines highlighted the culture of the provinces in Pakistan's regional dress. Vice Chancellor Prof. Dr. Shabar Atiq was the special guest on the occasion. Guests of honor included Dean Prof. Dr. Muhammad Mushahid Anwar, Dr. Shahid Iqbal, Dr. Zahid Yousuf, Dr. Iftikhar Ahmed and others. Prof. Dr. Shabar Atiq said that promotion of patriotism among the students is a welcome development. Pakistan is a great reward for the struggle of millions of Muslims and the sacrifice of millions of Muslims. The young generation will succeed in making the beloved homeland a great Pakistan thanks to excellent education, continuous hard work and dedication to the cause. March 23 is a memorable day in the history of Muslims in Pakistan and India. The purpose of celebrating Pakistan Day is to build and promote a brighter and brighter Pakistan by remembering the great struggle and sacrifices of the elders. On this occasion, Odem Art Society presented a dramatic sketch of the story of the atrocities of 1947 in the background of Tehreek-e-Pakistan and the establishment of Pakistan, highlighting the concept of two national ideology. The audience praised the Odyssey Art Society's efforts and praised the performance. Prof. Dr. Shabar Atiq awarded shield to Muhammad Taqi, a student of UoG Debating Society in CM Punjab Speech Competitions and others for getting the award of Best Speaker. Zeeshan Safdar and Haider Ali received Daad while delivering mystical speech with joy. Reader Club Coordinator Rukhsana Riaz said that the book is a symbol of awareness. The final round of quiz competitions "Basat 22" organized by Hayatin Quiz Society was presented. Certificates were presented to the students who excelled in fiction writing and correspondence organized by Readers Club at the end of Renewal of the Day of Faith. Certificates were also awarded to the first, second and third teams of the quiz competition. Certificates were also awarded to members of the Odyssey Art Society. Head of English Department Dr. Behzad Anwar, Dr. Muhammad Mian Dad, Shama Tehseen and Umbereen Ijaz distributed certificates among the students.
