Sealed tenders based on item rates are hereby invited for the works mentioned below from the PEC registered contractors / firms and only enlisted with University of Gujrat. Tender documents can be obtained immediately after publishing of this notice from the office of the Director (Works), UOG upon written request accompanied with attested copies of valid PEC license, identity card of contractor / managing partner/ Director of the firm along with registered power of attorney on payment of prescribed tender fee in the Account No. 09-000-7 at Bank of Punjab UOG Branch CBr. Code 0165. However, the tender/bidding documents are also available immediately after publishing of this notice on university website, i.e., www.uog.edu.pk and PPRA, Punjab website, i.e., www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk for convenience and guidance.

Tendered rates and amounts should be filled in figures as well as in words and tenders should be signed as per general directions given in the tender/bid documents. Tenders will be received in the office of Director (Works), UOG University of Gujrat, and will be opened on fixed date and time (given below) by UOG Works Committee in Conference Room, Vice Chancellor’s Secretariat, UOG.

Conditional tenders and tenders not accompanied with earnest money @ 2% of estimated cost in shape of CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier’s Cheque of any scheduled Bank in favor of Treasurer UOG, attested copies of registered partnership deed and power of attorney (in case of firms) will not be entertained.
