University of Gujrat invites proposals for the “Auction of Dismantled Material of Old Hostel building at UOG City Campus G.T Road, Gujrat”. Interested Parties / firms/Individuals can visit the site and collect the information from the Director Campus. The Dismantled material includes:

• Seventeen (17) doors
• Thirty (30) Windows and skylight
• 25 %Cft RCC Slab
• 8092 Cft Bricks

1.  The detailed auction material can be acquired from the office of Director (Works), Room no. 19, Admin Block, Hafiz Hayat Campus, University of Gujrat upon written request.
2. Auction will be held on 17.06.2016 in UOG City Campus G.T Road, Gujrat in the office of Director Campus at 11.00 am. Interested contractors / firms shall submit CDR / Bank Draft / Cashier’s Cheque of any scheduled Bank in favor of Treasurer UOG of Rs. 20000/- as a guarantee (can be returnable) for participation in Auction process.

Note:  Auction Committee reserves the right to reject one or all proposals without any reason.
