Dear Focal Persons and Students 

We have received instructions from HEC to close down Laptop Distribution by 22nd December, 2016. UOG will not issue any laptops after the said date. 

All the students selected in:

i.   BS/Masters list

ii.  Awaiting List

iii.  MS/Mphil/PhD 1st list

iv.  MS/Mphil/PhD  2nd list ( Download List )  are instructed to receive the laptops by 22nd December. 

Students need to bring: 

i.   Original CNIC / B Form 
ii.   Two copies of CNIC

iii.   Two copies of UOG ID Card

iv.   Latest transcript issued by SSIC

v.    Affidavit (mentioning that student has not received laptop earlier in any Govt. Scheme)
 

Focal Persons are requested to inform the students (especially Mphil 2nd list) and display on the Notice Boards as well regarding the last date given by HEC.  Last date to receive laptop at UOG is 22nd December, 2016.
