I have completed my PhD in Sociology (specialization-Sociology of Knowledge-Sociology of Education). I have more than eighteen years’ experience in teaching/research in the field of Sociology in both public and private sector. Currently, I am working as Associate Professor at Department of Sociology, University of Gujrat. I worked as a visiting research scholar and adjunct faculty member at The University of Queensland, Australia for Spring-2020 and also at Arizona State University, USA for Fall-2013 Semester respectively. I also worked in a number of organizations at national level on different indigenous and foreign funded projects and got first position in Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC), Lecturer (Sociology) Case No. 54-RA/2018. I got different trainings regarding social research and teaching skills from different nation and international channels. I am a member of different forums in the field of academia and research, have published research articles, supervised thesis and visited Australia, China, United States, and Nepal.
