Sadia Sajjad (Gold Medalist – M.Phil. & BS (Hons)) I hold an M.Phil. in Statistics with a specialization in Quality Control from Minhaj University Lahore. Currently, I am serving as an Assistant Lecturer in the Department of Statistics at the University of Gujrat, Pakistan. With over 14 years of teaching experience including 11 years as a permanent faculty member and approximately 4 years on a contractual basis at the University of Gujrat. I have had the privilege of teaching a broad spectrum of courses. These range from introductory undergraduate Statistics to advanced graduate-level courses. My teaching philosophy centers on motivating students to develop their own learning interests and fostering critical thinking to create a learner centered environment in the classroom. I strive to engage students actively, ensuring they not only grasp statistical concepts but also gain the ability to apply them effectively in real-world contexts.
