Objectives
Our aim is to develop and disseminate cross discipline academic values and knowledge that will provide the necessary background for successful professionals in the areas of Multimedia and the digital Arts.
More specifically, the aims and objectives of the Department are
- To attract high caliber students and academics.
- To offer high quality undergraduate and postgraduate academic experience and professional development to both local and international students.
- To undertake and complete high caliber research projects.
- Through research and teaching activities, to establish links with national and internationally established centers, which are active in the areas of Multimedia and the digital Arts.
- To offer students the most up-to-date academic training.
- To facilitate and encourage student and Academic and Teaching Staff mobility.
- To provide the foundations for the promotion of lifelong education.
Eligibility ;Criteria
At least 45% marks in Intermediate / DAE (Diploma in Associate Engineering) duly recognized from PBTE (Pakistan Board of Technical Education) or equivalent are required to apply for admission to all BS-degree programs offered by SADA.
Departmental Aptitude Test and interview shall be mandatory to pass as per departmental criteria.
DAE holders may apply against (5%)reserved seats.
Weightage for admission
Matriculation or equivalent = 30%
Weightage of obtained marks in Intermediate or equivalent = 40 %
Weightage of obtained marks in Departmental Aptitude Test = 15 %
Weightage of obtained marks in Departmental Interview = 15 %
