Vice Chancellor’s, Financial Aid Fund For Poor Students Established

Gujrat: University of Gujrat has established a “Vice Chancellor’s financial aid fund” for the poor and the needy but bright students. Thousands of students are on roll of the university out of which many hail from poor backgrounds. Such bright and promising but poor need financial support in sustaining themselves in their academics. It is a humanitarian national service to safeguard national talent. All individuals, groups, companies, business concerns, financially stable people are requested to contribute liberally towards this fund through their donations and zakat dole outs. They can deposit these charities in Bank of Punjab – UOG Account No. 663,000.  Director Dr. Faheem Malik has attested to the urgent need of succor for many students to continue their studies. He has appealed on behalf of UOG for urgent funds and donations. 

Gujrat: Private candidates’ registration for BA/BSc, MA/MSc Annual Examination at the University of Gujrat (UOG) is beginning from 27 August 2012. Mr. Naeem Butt Deputy Registrar (Registration) has made this announcement. Those private candidates who are likely to appear in annual exam 2013 in BA/BSc, MA/MSc, have to get themselves registered under rules as mandatory. Registration form can be obtained from specified branches of Bank of Punjab for Rs. 30.Those interested in appearing in the said exams can apply with a single fee of Rs. 2000/- from August 27,2012 to October 31,2012 with Double fee from November 01,2012 to November 30, 2012, with Triple fee from December 01,2012 to December 31, 2012. Admission forms along with required documents can be deposited in Camp Office, FawaraChowk Gujrat in the office of the Deputy Registrar (Registration)
