Department of Political Science & International Relations, University of Gujrat is organizing a Lecture on “Democracy and the Rule of Law in Pakistan” on September 17, 2012 at 10.00 AM in the Video Conference Hall, Academic Block. Dr. Matthew J. Nelson, Reader in Politics, School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London will deliver the lecture and Prof. Dr. M.
